I asked Jay to come out to my farm as we had some issues with flooding at the garden where it meets the house. We arranged a time and date and Jay and crew arrived on time with equipment and after a brief discussion just got on with the job! After a few tests they decided a specialist camera was require and once that was available they booked an appointment again turning up on time. Once the job was completed a report of the problem and solution was emailed without pressure to complete further work by any set date. I find Jay and his company, TCF, to be efficient, non-pushy and a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
